EASTER AT THE ORCHARD UPDATE

Easter Egg Hunt & Cookie Decorating

April 3rd & 4th from 9:00am to 3:00pm

Everyone (ages 2 and older) attending the Easter Event located in the FarmYard must have either a participant or spectator ticket to enter.

Participant Ticket for ages 2 to 13 - Cost is $18.00/each. Includes cookie decorating, egg hunt, a craft, a donut, a drink, and a nice goodie bag.  All children ages 2-13 must purchase a participant ticket to enter the FarmYard.  Children MUST have a paid adult spectator with them to enter the FarmYard and attend this event. 

Spectator Ticket for ages 14 and up - Cost is $8.00/each. Includes a fresh donut and a drink from the Snack Shack. The spectator(s) will accompany the child participant during the activities, but they will not be given cookies for decorating, a craft, or a goodie bag. All spectators 14 and up (including parents and grandparents) that are planning to attend this event must purchase a ticket to attend.

Kids 1 & under - Free (with a paid sibling) if they don’t plan to participate in cookie decorating, egg hunt, craft, snack, or receive a goodie bag.   Some choose to purchase child tickets for their 12-23 months kids who want to participate in these activities.  Parents can choose based on their child’s needs.

Refunds:

This is a non-refundable event.

Rain Policy:

Tuttle Orchards is a working farm, and this is an outdoor event. The Easter celebration will be held rain or shine, so please dress accordingly.

The event will take place in the FarmYard area (play in the FarmYard is included with ticket). Cookie decorating and crafts will be held at the Big Red Barn in the FarmYard. The egg hunt will take place outdoors in the FarmYard — even in the event of rain.

If it is raining, families may choose one of the following options for their children:

• Participate in the outdoor egg hunt (please bring raincoats and boots), or

• Skip the outdoor egg hunt but still receive a goodie bag to take home. 

Please note: There are no refunds due to weather, as this is a rain-or-shine event. The only exception would be if Tuttle Orchards cancels due to severe weather conditions such as lightning or tornado warnings (should this happen - you would be notified at the email you used when purchasing tickets then morning of the event).  

We recommend dressing for the weather and planning for muddy conditions — it’s part of the farm fun!

Food Allergy Notice:

Please be advised that food provided during these activities may contain gluten, dairy, and/or egg. Also, the cookies are made in an environment where peanuts are used. 

Additional Information:

When you arrive at the Orchard on the day of the event, please go to the  FarmYard entrance to check-in. 

Please arrive within 10 minutes of your ticket times.  We have specific times schedule thoughout the day to keep all of our stations from becoming crowded, so it is important that everyone attends this event based upon their ticket times. 

Easter Tickets also include these FarmYard activities between 9am-3pm:

• Giant Farm Slide, Farm Trike Tracks, Grain Bin Basketball, Combine for Kids, Sand Diggers, Tuttles Tumblers
• Bouncy Animals, Willow Maze, Wall Ball Games, Hoola Pigs & Cows, Who's Your Chick Game, Farm Obstacle Course
• Toddler Preschool Area with a Barn with slide, Tractor, Trikes, Sandbox, Kid's Playhouse, and the Farmers Market Playhouse
• Yard Games - Giant Corn Hole, Family Games, Yard Game Area, Photo Opportunities
• Please note: the corn crib, corn maze, and bubbles will NOT be available. Wagon rides may or may not be available, depending the weather and ground conditions.
