Pre-Order Half Bushel Box of Cauliflower for Freezing
This is a box of fresh picked cauliflower from Tuttle's that you can use for freezing your own. you will get white, yellow/orange, purple or a combination. You will get around 10-14 lbs, it is by volume in the basket. You can also rice the cauliflower to freeze!
Our cauliflower is grown more organically than our other crops; this, combined with weather conditions, means there may be a few small insects still present on the florets. Soak the head upside down in warm salted water (1 teaspoon salt to 8 cups of water) for 30 minutes to remove any insects.

Choose your pickup day at time of order. Pickup times are Monday-Saturday 10am-5pm.
You must pickup the day you choose at time of order. Produce not picked up on the order date will not be as fresh. Perishable items will be held for no longer than 3 days.
