Preschool Playdates at Tuttle Orchards!!!

Want a fun outing for your preschooler? Tuttle Orchards is offering a fun playdate opportunity for preschool aged kids to explore some science on the farm and make new friends! Each week we will have a fun and exciting new theme.  This experience is approximately a half hour and includes playtime in Tractor Town before and/or after the class. It is designed for children 3 to 5 years old, but other siblings may attend.  

Experience includes:

• Storytime or a short lesson


• Fun craft to take home


• Playtime in Tractor Town (Open 10am to 1pm)


• 30 Minute Class + Playtime in Tractor Town

• May 4 – Mother’s Day Fun!


• May 11 – Hungry Hungry Caterpillars


• May 18 – Butterflies – Spread Your Wings and Fly!


• May 25 – Nature Explorer - Make Art from Nature!


• June 1 – Meet Stinger, The Honeybee!


• June 8 – Strawberry Fun – You are so Berry Cute!


• June 14 - Strawberry Fun - You are so Berry Cute!


• June 15 – Father's Day - Make a Special Gift 


• June 22 – Fantastic Farms  


• June 29 – Flower Power!


• July 6 - Ladybug – Cute as a Bug!


• July 13 – Blueberries and Bubbles


• July 20 – A Cherry on Top!


• July 27 – Sweet as a Peach

Cost:

Child ages 2 to 13 - Cost is $10.00/each. Includes the story time or lesson, the craft, and playtime in Tractor Town. Elementary siblings are welcome to join, but need to purchase a ticket as well.

Kids 1 & under - Free as long as they do not want to participate in any activities and are OK with sitting on mom’s lap.  Kids who want to participate in the class should purchase a child ticket. Parents can choose based on the needs of their child.

Please be aware that the craft may contain small parts which are not suitable for young children under 3 years old and could be a choking hazard. Close adult supervision is required for any children under 3 years of age that are participating in this activity.

We request that all parents remain with your child during this activity.

Refunds:

This is a non-refundable event unless there are extenuating circumstances due to COVID.  If you are unable to attend due to COVID, then please contact Christie at 317-326-2278 and press 5 or christie@tuttleorchards.com.

Rain:

This event may not be held if it is raining, since Tractor Town may be closed.  In the event of a cancellation due to rain, you will receive a text message the morning of the event.  Please be aware that we will not make this determination until the morning, as Indiana weather often changes by morning from the evening forecast.  In the event of a cancellation, you can reschedule your tickets for a different Preschool Playdate Class.  

Location:

Please park in the gravel parking lot on the west side of the road.  Please walk towards the pergola and the Preschool Playdate class will be in the building to your right.  Please look for the signs.  You may also check-in at Tractor Town if you wish to play before your class.  Tractor Town is open from 10am to 1pm.   

Mask Policy:

At this time, masks will not be required for this event which follows the current governmental regulations. 

Additional Information:

Classes that do not meet the minimum requirements of 10 registered participants may be cancelled 4 days prior to the class.
